K-Laser Therapy FAQs
The number of sessions depends on your pet’s condition and how they respond to treatment. Some pets experience noticeable improvement after just one session for healing a small wound, while others may require a series of treatments for ongoing chronic pain. Our veterinarians will create a customized plan based on your pet’s specific needs and progress.
Those stylish goggles aren’t just for looks! Both your pet and our staff wear protective eyewear during laser therapy to shield their eyes from the laser light. It's a safety measure that ensures the treatment remains comfortable and harmless while also giving your pet some serious cool factor.
Most pets experience a gentle warming sensation at the treatment site. It’s soothing—many pets find it calming and may visibly relax or become sleepy during the session. The Class IV K-Laser we use delivers therapeutic light in a controlled, safe manner that stimulates healing without damaging tissue. There’s no pain involved. Sessions are typically quick and last only a few minutes, depending on the area being treated.
